I at least know what caused this.  I was rather bad this week, what with having a chicken sandwich and an ice cream at McDonalds - with a non-diet root beer.  Drinking cappuccino like it was water. Eating Hershey’s chocolate… pork chops and stuffing… a Hostess Fruit pie… ice cream… ::pounds head on desk::: I deserve that weight gain.  I really do.

Time to knuckle down and get serious once again, stop with the stupid diet moves and stick to a diet plan that can help me loose the weight.  At least this is mostly just an upswing in the fluctuations, but it is still disheartening.
