1 Cup of French Vanilla Instant Cappuccino coffee
I ran out of the fat free milk for my Slim Fast.  Whole milk is probably better for me anyhow – oh, and speaking of better for me, I have been taking One A Day Women’s vitamins too.

Yes, yes, I know, I am not eating enough.  I should cut out the coffee and have a more balanced meal in the morning than just a Slim Fast.
