Down another 10 pounds closer to my goal

Stepped up on the scale to a nice surprise a couple of days ago, I was at 188.6, which means that I am officially holding at about 186 – 189 in my weight range now.  That’s a full 10 pound drop from where I had been holding.  Very happy about that, need to weigh myself [...]

Weight going back down again – 193.8

My weight has dropped once again, not a lot, but it is down to 193.8 now.  I’ll take a slow, but steady, drop in weight.  After all, it did not go on overnight – why should it be shed overnight?  And with Summer coming on, I should be able to get out there and do [...]
