Gingerbread snaps and houses

I went to town and bought the things to make ginger snaps – then immediately lost the recipe for it.  I can’t figure out where it got off to.  Just a small 3×5 card with the recipe on it, so now I need to find that and then I can make my gingersnaps.

I’m making a small gingerbread house for Christmas, it’ll sit on a sheet cake of gingerbread, should look really good when it’s all finished.  I was going to make a large  house, but I don’t think I’ll bother with all the trouble when there aren’t going to be any small kids around for enjoying it.  I can make the small house and it will be just right for us to enjoy for the holidays.
