New Year Resolution time

Yes, it is that time of year again when we need to start thinking about the things we will do during the first few days to a week in the new year.  It is time to make new years resolutions.

I am not very good at keeping my new years resolutions, but I still make them each year.  This year, as with so many others, my top resolution for my personal life is one that concerns my health.  I resolve to eat a better and more properly nutritionally balanced diet.

It is the only resolution I have in my personal column, so I need to add a few more.

1. Eat a properly balanced diet.

2. Exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week.

3. Not gain any weight. – yes, not to loose weight, to simply not gain any.  If I loose some in my effort not to gain any I will love it, but I won’t feel I failed if I’m not loosing weight.

There will be more, but those are the ones I can think of at the moment.
