Food Log

I was too busy the last couple of days to keep my food log updated.  Bad me, but this is mostly for my benefit anyway, to make sure I eat enough, and I know I ate those days, so I’m not too worried about it.

Today I have had 3 cups of instant cuppachino coffee and 1 slim fast.
Yes, I know, too much coffee, but I’ve been working.

Today I cheated a little bit and had a coffee shake at Arby’s, but I was fairly good other than that

1 Slim Fast with whole milk
1 coffee shake at Arby’s
1 cup StoveTop stuffing w/gravy over it
1 Banana Cream Pie yogurt (90 cal)

Not too bad, not exactly being good, but not too bad

2 Slim Fast w/ whole Milk
1 Cup of French Vanilla Instant Cappuccino coffee

I ran out of the fat free milk for my Slim Fast.  Whole milk is probably better for me anyhow - oh, and speaking of better for me, I have been taking One A Day Women’s vitamins too.

Weight Loss Graph

I should probably update my weight loss graph, but I’m not in much of a mood to be updating it at the moment, I think I’ll just keep track in the posts here and go back and update the graph later on rather than mess with it now. I blame the snow today for my lethargy - it snowed out there, big ugly cold flakes of snow falling in clusters measuring at one point an estimated inch across.
