Pizza BAD

Okay, I have been bad and been eating pizza and it *SHOWS*. Eeeeek! I’ve picked up some of that weight I had been so happy to have lost.  I’m hoping it was just that I had not weighed myself at the same time, but eww… back up 1.8 pounds? That just won’t do!  I need to exercise if I am going to splurge on the occasional couple of slices of pizza.  My flaw right now is that I splurged on that two nights in a row. Bad me.  I have been trying to knock out the coffee though.  I bought a box of single serving packets of Folgers decaf instant coffee and am sweetening it using a sugar substitute, so I am being good there.  But pizza is officially out. No more pizza.  And bread too, I had some whole wheat sourdough bread toasted with butter substitute the other day, I want to kick the bread out for a while again and see if that helps.
