Preliminary opinion on the South Beach Diet

Okay, I have made my preliminary opinion on what I think of the South Beach Diet and I actually really like it. There is a lot of things in the book that make sense when you read through it and the foods that are not allowed in the first two weeks of the plan really are not something you would miss that much. At least I did not miss anything other than the bread and fruit.
I bought some of the TV dinners they have for the plan, but there was only a limited selection in the store here. Even so, it was fairly easy to pick out food that matched the diet plan or to find other TV dinners that went along with the rules of the plan, so I was able to get a really good variety.
The results? I lost about 10 pounds.
Go me!
I want to get back to following the plan, which I sort of fell off of the past couple of days, and see how much more weight I can loose before I go to the convention I am headed for in Las Vegas next month. Just about 2 weeks to go, do you think I can loose another 10 pounds?
